Project Profile:

Branding & Website, Free Speech Union of Canada (FSUC)

The Free Speech Union of Canada is a non-partisan, non-profit membership organization dedicated to the defence of free speech in Canada. It is part of a wider international group, based on the original FSU founded by Lord Toby Young, in the UK.

The Canadian launch team did some great work to get the website and branding out of the starting gate. Wanting to excel rather than exist, they asked how I could help them improve and this led to an assessment with my recommendations.

Following a comprehensive analysis and consultation, I led homepage improvements, plus further refinements to the branding. These changes have led to increased engagement rates across all platforms which directly impact memberships positively.

Gordon Patrick / Bond and Bourne Design

"I have had the pleasure of working closely with Gordon at the Free Speech Union of Canada, where his expertise in branding and communications elevated our public presence in a remarkable way. He led the relaunch of our website homepage, designed trade show banners, and guided improvements to our logo and its applications. His ability to combine strategic vision with creative execution made an immediate difference in how we present ourselves to the world. Gordon is both a thought partner and a leader who sees the bigger picture and delivers results that last.

Any organization seeking strong executive leadership in brand strategy and communications would benefit immensely from his contributions."
